1. Lawful, authorized services only

We provide lawful, consent-based digital investigation and forensic services. You must represent and warrant that you are the owner of any account or device you ask us to investigate, or that you have explicit legal authorization (such as a court order) to act. We will refuse and not perform any work that would constitute unauthorized access, stalking, harassment or other illegal activity.

2. Intake, verification and scope

All retained work requires intake, identity verification and proof of ownership/authorization. Scope, deliverables, timeline and fees will be agreed in writing before work begins.

3. No guarantee of recovery

While we use advanced forensic techniques, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. We will provide realistic assessments after initial triage.

4. Confidentiality & data handling

We handle client data confidentially and retain evidence only as required for reporting, legal process and billing. We provide chain-of-custody documentation when evidence is preserved.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement. We are not responsible for third-party actions, platform limitations, or legal decisions beyond our control.
